UNILAG Journal of Human Right Law

When the Center for Human Right was set up and situated in the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, one of its declared objectives was to embark on periodic publications on international, comparative and domestic issues in human rights. As a result of this, a Human Rights Law Journal which would contain analytical articles on contemporary issues has been embarked upon. It is intended that the journal would be thematic, and include relevant international instruments so as to make it a working document. The decision to make it thematic over a period of time is to ensure that it becomes a source of basic data and material of the state of human rights in Nigeria on a comparative level. In addition, the Centre has succeeded in getting a number of foreign experts to be part of the editorial team reflect one of its objectives and to give it an international status
